Travel Dates and Flight Information
Destination: San Antonio, Texas (SAT for booking flight)
Saturday February 23- Wednesday February 27th, 2019
Travel Days:Saturday Feb 23 and Wednesday Feb 27th, 2019
From Seattle, please try and book Alaska non-stop flight. You will leave Seattle around 1145am and arrive in San Antonio around 5:30pm. Returning to Seattle you will leave San Antonio at 6:50pm and arrive in Seattle around 9:25pm.
If you choose a different flight or are coming in from a different location than Seattle, please try and book your flight so you arrive Saturday Feb 23rd around 5pm and Leave Wednesday Feb 27th after 6pm. If you have any questions please ask.
When traveling with your bike, there is an additional charge to your bike above the cost of the ticket. Alaska only charges $25 each way. Other airlines charge $100-$150….and this is each way. So take this into consideration when looking at the price of your flight.
Life happens and so I would look into travel insurance. If you need to change you flight or cant make the trip, then you are covered.
